Anti skid light and steering wheel symbol are both on. Horn is not working after replacing clock spring, airbag light came on after driving and the wheel feels tight and it makes a noise while turning?

I have done clock springs before, I did remove the plastic housing around the column, it’s hooked up correctly but seems defective when I turn the wheel it sounds like something inside the clock spring house is broken or loose
