replaced blower motor after it seized and cannot get new blower to turn

Replaced blower motor but I cannot get new blower to turn, replaced the power transistor, the blower relay also. Checked all fuses all ok, Checked for any bad wires, grounds, none.

do you have a test light or meter to check for power at the blower plug?

If you left the power transistor out of it's installation location and turned on the blower for any period of time the new transistor may have failed.
