Replaced a Transmission range sensor, now transmission will not shift into drive?

I replaced a transmission range sensor in the vehicle listed above but now it only goes into reverse, will not go into drive at all! Please help.

This car has the longest procedure for replacing the gear range sensor I have ever seen. You must get all of the steps done correctly or the transmission will not work. Here is how to do the job, I would go over this to see if can remember if anything was not done correctly, did the transmission work before? Why did you replace the gear range sensor? Check out the images (below). Please upload pictures or videos in your response of any problems so we can see what to help you with.

Thank you so much for this help because I did forget to connect the pin to the value
So now it will drive but it seems like it’s shifting really hard going into 1 and 2? Any suggestions?
