Leaking antifreeze under water pump. what is the process to replace old and put in new water pump?

Good afternoon.
Below is the procedure and a picture for you to view.
Roy
Drain cooling system.
Remove serpentine drive belt, then the upper fan shroud.
Remove fan, fan clutch assembly and water pump pulley, Fig. 19.
Remove hoses from pump.
Remove water pump attaching bolts, then pump.
Reverse procedure to install. Torque bolts to specification.
