How to get air out out of the power steering lines?

Hi,

If you have air in the power steering system, try this:

1 - Safely lift both front wheels from the ground.

2 - Make sure the power steering fluid is clean and full.

3 - WIth the engine off, turn the steering wheel from lock to lock (all the way left and then right). Do this several times.

4 - CHeck the fluid level and inspect it to see if there are air bubbles in it. If there is, make sure it is full and repeat the procedure.

5 - Once you are no longer seeing bubbles and the system is staying full, lower the front of the vehicle and start the engine. Turn the wheel from lock to lock a few times and recheck the fluid. If it is full and no bubbles are present, all air should be out of the system
