Thinking of replacing my rear passenger door?

Yep, sounds fun, you will need to open up both door with the door panel removed to undo and then feed the wiring harness into the door FYI.

I would do it this way:

1. Support the original door securely with a door jack or a helper before removing anything.
2. Disconnect the door electrical connector.
3. Remove the check-arm bolt.
4. Remove the hinge/pivot bolts while leaving the body-side hinges undisturbed.
5. Position the salvage door on the existing hinges and start all hinge bolts by hand.
6. Check the body lines and gaps before final tightening.
7. Torque the hinge bolts to 22 lb-ft (30 Nm) and the check arm to 18 lb-ft (25 Nm).
8. Slowly close the door the first time and make sure the latch approaches the striker correctly before allowing it to close completely.
