replace rear crossover pipe montero Sport

Hey Guys, I am going to have to remove the heads on my 1999 Montero sport 3.0 24 valve dohc v-6. When i did this last the crossover pipe is impossible to install with the heads in place(just not enough room between firewall and block) if you guys are familiar with this application, could you recommend the best way to install? took hours the way I did it before. thanks again....

Hi Lstill,

Sometime you can undo an engine mount and jack the engine up which will give it more room, unfortunately can manufacturers don't think about the mechanic that has to work on the car after production. Let me know how it goes
