Can i swap the ECM from one car to another without any complications?

No, you cannot. You would need to find one with the exact same number for the PCM. Then you have to change the prom from yours to the donor.
Then it should be flashed or programmed to your exact car.

Any shop that has the scan tool to perform this can do it for you.
In my area, it runs around $150.00.
