Replacing camshaft position sensor

I'm trying to replace the camshaft position sensor, but it seems to be between the engine block and fuel injection system. Help!

Hello,

The Cam position sensor is located on the top part of the engine.
The replacement procedure does not call for removal of any other components.

Did you see the attached photo that shows it between the fuel injector and the engine block?

Yes, but that is not the camshaft sensor, if you look at the diagrams Sean gave you can see where the sensor is.

It is the camshaft sensor. I had to remove the upper intake manifold to get to it because the previous owner must have put everything together wrong. It's fixed.

In the picture there are two wires going to different places, glad you got it fixed.
