2003 Renault Trafic 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Manual

hi,having problems with traffic 03.immobilizer seems to be playing up.engine turns but no start.immobilizer light on static with ign on.has had new uci unit and keys have been recoded but still no different,any ideas please?

when the immoboliser is turned ON or has a fault on the system the red/orange light will be flashing ? .. if it is on static with key in ON position and goes OFF when cranking engine, the fault is not on the immoboliser ... check you are getting fuel and spark or glow plugs if vehicle is a diesel ??
