1987 Renault Trafic New clutch

I have just put a new clutch in my 1987 trafic camper, and it is difficult to get gears, I have adjusted the clutch cable correctly and replaced the gearbox oil with 3.5 ltrs of EP80 oil, any ideas on the problem I have would be greatfully welcomed.

If you are absolutely sure you have the cable adjusted correctly .. I would be double checking you have the gear linkages lined up correctly for the selectors to engage correctly ... hope this helps ..let me know
