Gearbox problems

I have been experiencing for over a months after a short driving, a sound like gubbb suddenly felt as if some one hit me from behind, and there was a kick sound from the gear box, and the message "check gearbox" was displayed plus service light on, I turned it off and then started it again and everything was gone, the message disappeared, the service light went off and the car is normal again. But, after it starts moving again, gear 1, gear 2 and before the change to gear 3, the same sound and that yellow gearbox shape will appears again, then the will be so sluggish, heavy and not changing gear again. But, when I stop, then it will change gear from 1 to 2, but, limited to gear 3.

I have change my gearbox ATF, just yesterday, but, immediately after I left the garage, the problems repeated itself, but, the sound and heaviness reduce, in fact, the car is soft, but, Why is it that sound, and the gearbox light? And sometimes, if I am speeding the sound gubb usually not coming.
