LAST NIGHT I LOCKED MY CAR USING THE REMOTE KEY FOB. I PRESSED IT TWICE TO ACTIVATE THE DEADLOCKS AND ENSURE ALL THE WINDOWS WERE UP SAFELY. BUT WHEN I PRESSED THE FOB MY FRONT PASSENGER WINDOW CAME DOWN AND WILL NOT GO BACK UP AGAIN. I'VE TRIED PRESSING THE DEADLOCK BUTTON FROM INSIDE THE CAR, CHECKED THE FUSES , CONSULTED THE CAR'S MANUEL, LET THE ALARM SOUND HOPING IT MIGHT RESET THE SYSTEM BUT NO SUCCESS. DO YOU HAVE ANY SUGGESTIONS?

Have you tried the buttons on the door ? the windows are controlled by the GEM (gereric electric module) and if the window will not go back up by pressing the door buttons you could try putting power directly to the motor to get it back up once you have it back up leave the plug disconnected so the GEM does not power it down again !.. the only other option is to have it plugged into a renault diagnostic system to locate where the fault actually lies .. could be a wire or could be the module !! ultimately it will have to be plugged into the diagnostic scanner to be tested !!
