Trying to fit a new petrol flap cover?

trying to fit a new petrol flap cover not sure how to remove old one think you might need to remove it from inside bulk head but not sure could you please help

Hello,

To remove the fuel door (petrol flap) on this Scenic, you will have to first remove those 2 screws that is on the base of the flap.
After the screws removed you need to pull out to get the fuel doo off. If the tabs are not releasing while pulling, you will have to release the tab by accessing thru the fender well of the wheel.
