2000 Renault Scenic misfiring and starting trouble

My Renault Scenic has recently been difficult to start despite turning over for a long period of time. A couple of days later the car started mis firing. I have since changed the plugs which showed oil on the plug. This cured the misfiring for a few days but it is now back and there was still the starting problem!

Any ideas?

remove and clean the plugs and repalce the coils .. recheck the plugs after running for a few days for oil on plugs !! hope this helps
