You should have it replaced ASAP. Left unattended it will ruin the entire engine. Cost depends on what part of the world you are located in. An engine replacement could be an alternative depending again on cost and the condition of the auto.

hi
i ve my reanult maegane s reg since last week im having sever heating prob went ot kwik fit they said my head gaskit has gone.they checked the engine oil cabin there is some creamy greese is visible on its cap.
will u plz tell me how much wil it cost if get my head gas kit chnaged n is this big problem with engine.
m i suppose to chnage my engine.
i hope it wil recctified in less plz help me
