take off radiator cap .. undo bottom hose from radiator .. this will let all water out .. don't worry .. undo top hose from radiator .. undo 4 bolts securing radiator to front panel and remove from vehicle .. replace in reverse .. you may have to have this old radiator reconditioned if you can't find replacement part ? when all secured back .. refill with water and run engine .. while engine running bleed system via bleed screw near top right hand corner of radiator .. job done when all air stops coming out .. just water coming out of bleed hole ..
