Steering problem
2007 Renault Megane Manual 40000 miles

I have just had to get my steering arm replaced for the second time, it was first replaced in may '09.
Do you know what could have caused this damage? is this a major safety issue? Since purchased the vehicle has also has a new steering mount and column.
Im not sure if it is related in any way but the clutch has also just been replaced also for the second time, it was first replaced in March '09. On both occassions the clutch was found to be faulty.

who is doing this work ? a dealership or an independant garage ?

All work has been done by the dealership it was purchased from. The vehicle is still in warranty.

I would replace this car before the warrenty runs out .. sounds like you have bought a lemon and will have to keep on spending when warrenty is over !! .. a vehicle of this year and mileage should have had none of these repairs carried out yet ... let alone twice for the same repairs ?
