hi have been on hols for 2 wks came back car comp says battery low checked battery cells were empty so re filled and ran car but comp still says low battery stop, had battery checked by sevearl places some said battery ok and others said it was shot and 1 said poss problem with alternator can you help thanks

I would replace the battery and then have the alternator checked .. you can check yourself by using a multimeter across the battery terminals .. with engine running at tick over you should get a reading of 13.8 to 14.5 volts, anything lower than 13.5 and the alternator needs to be replaced !
