2005 Renault Megane Window electric

My electric window stopped working, but no matter what I try I cannot seem to get the door panel off to see what the problem is.
The motor still makes a noise.
I have removed all visible screws and * shaped allen keys, I have only succeeded in opening the flip up part off the panel, not big enough to get a hand in.
How do I remove the whole door panel to repair whatever is broken?
