Hi.drivers window wont go up or down..can hear motor when i touch button..have tried to get door panel off but cant..renault want 500 euros to repair..robbery!!i need to know do i need window regulator or regulator and motor..please help!!

the cable in the motor could be jamming up, so you may need both .. best to remove inner door panel and check before buying parts ! .. you can purchase a tool to remove the door panel easier .. NOTE: you will always always always break some panel clips when removing inner door panel so purchase some replacements as well ..
