2004 Renault Megane keeps cutting out whist driving

Engine Performance problem
2004 Renault Megane 38000 miles

my car will only start after 5 or 6 attemps,then proceeds to keep cutting out or stalling in low gears,and also seems to be using more petrol than usual been to a garage and had it plugged into computer and this says there is nothing wrong with my car.please help......

try checking and cleaning the CKP sensor (crankshaft position) does the engine management light ever come on ?
