2003 Renault Megane Toxic fumes symbol

When turning on the car the above named toxic fumes symbol appears but then goes out, wheni start driving this comes back on again this time flashing. Upon accelerating the car appears to have a slight juddering.
Have you any ideas what the problem could be or what could be causing this to happen.

Suspect faulty coils .. have the vehicle plugged into a diagnostic computer to verify this !! .. this is a common fault on the megane and not an overly expensive repair !! Hope this helps Dave H
