2003 Renault Megane 'STOP' light and 'Handbrake' light

2003 Renault Megane

I bought this car yesterday but sometimes when I brake the 2 above lights and a bleep comes on once or twice for a split second. We think it's the brake fluid but not entirely sure.
Is it safe to drive still?

top up the brake fluid level ..it is low and needs a little adding .. it is safe to drive !
