hi have not long had my car sometimes when stating whether cold or wam it cuts outwhen idling but what is there all the time though is at revs below 2000 in every gear it judders feels like misfire and if you go above 5000 revs the light comes on only for a rew seconds though dont fancy a trip to renault cos know main dealers can rip you off

this sounds like a coil fault .. you need to have ECU read .. doesn't have to be at renault dealer .. lots of garages do diagnostic testing now ... there will be fault codes stored even though the MIL is not on perminantly .. this will give the cause of problem .. and you can rectify .. or you could just replace all 4 coils on top of each spark plug .. and hope my diagnosis without the fault code is correct ???
