2003 Renault Megane Manual 49,000 miles

Does anyone know how I can fix the problem with the noisey interior? can i gargae fix this for me its so annoying!

aso I have water in the passenger door pocket, what needs replacing?

have the garage check and locate the interior "noise" and check the door seals for leaks
