2002 Renault Megane

the family got out of car ok but when we tried to get back in all the doors opened except the driver side passenger door you cant gain access from inside the car either

you will need to remove the inner door panel to locate the fault (probably a broken rod connector) and open the door.. it is difficult but can be done with the door closed ... or take the vehicle to renault as this is a common fault and they will have seen this hundreds of times before !!
