2000 Renault Megane wont start after changing head gasket

Engine Performance problem
2000 Renault Megane 4 cyl

hi the head gasket had blown on my car got the head skimed put on new spark plugs oil changed filters changed but now it wont start tryed to jump the battery still wont start when you turn the key theres like a clunk sound thats it thanks

Hello. Can you crank over the engine by hand .. try turning the crankshaft with a wrench/spanner to see if it turns ? let me know !

Remove the spark plugs and turn the crankshaft at least one whole turn ... it should turn semi-easily with the plugs removed !! let me know
