1999 Renault Megane cant get on line to brake ECU!

I have on the dash "the abs the hand brake, and the stop lights" are all on. The brakes still work. Just no abs. The brakes still work but I have no abs. I have had the so called "brake ecu" replaced less then a year ago at a large cost. But when I looked at it. It looks like it has just be wired. Any ideas wats up again!

You need to have the vehicle plugged into a diagnostic computer to locate the cause of the fault ... when the ECU pick's up a fault on the ABS then it cut's ABS function ...hence the no ABS ... have the vehicle diagnosed and repost for more information regarding repair !!

Yea I had it put on already. And could not get on to line to the ecu for the brakes.
