1998 Renault Megane starter relay

The starter relay is tickin and there is no poer going to the fuel pump, I have had the fuel pump tested off the car and it is fine. The car turns over but wont start. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated>

Is the immoboliser light on the dash display flashing fast?

No the immobiliser is normal. Thanks for the reply any other ideas?

You probably already done this but ...check fuel pump fuse and replace the relay .. check for hot/live feed to fuel pump wiring connector @ ignition on and @ cranking using a multimeter ..if you have a live feed the pump is bad, after engine has started the PCM controls fuel pump via fuse and relay .. is the check engine light on ? are there any fault codes stored on the cars computer ?
