1998 Renault Megane air wont blow

hi there,
my heater is working,well the heat comes out but wont blow wether its on hot or cold have tried changing the fuses but have not helped,if you could suggest something it would be great thanks!

check/replace the resistor on th heater motor box which controls the blower level settings or check the switch is not faulty
