Take the vehicle back to the repairer and have them put it right. You paid for a repair which has not been done correctly. It is now their responsibility to make the van run correclty . Sounds like it has bad compression or a week fuel pump. Bad compression could be from the head not repaired correctly or headgasket not installed correctly?
