Renault laguna dci engine fault

was running fine then it just would not pull away after the red light lit up saying serious injection failure / coolant problem
will start and idle fine but when i press the accelerater just splutters and white greyish smoke comes out and then cutts out press the start button again and starts fine on idle however the same will happen if accelerated?

I would like to see a scan done and the unresolved fault codes posted her for further assistance, i will need to know what codes are set to help identify the actual problem.
