2004 Renault Laguna noise coming from 5th&6th gear?

2004 Renault Laguna Engine Size unknown Front Wheel Drive Manual 65000 miles

have a laguna1.9dci,started to hear noise from gears when pressing clutch down it goes away,is anything i can do to fix it ,is it the gearbox.

sounds like the clutch relaese bearing is rattling .. and needs replacing !!

Yep I agree with DAVE H, the throwout bearing needs replacement.
