2002 Renault Laguna turbo bust!

Engine Performance problem
2002 Renault Laguna Engine Size unknown Front Wheel Drive Manual 73000 miles
----------------------------------------------------------------
The car has no power, when our foot is to the floor it goes at 30 miles an hour!! The AA guy came out and advised it could be the turbo thats gone. We wondered how much roughly it could be to replace this? I realise costs vary but just a ball park figure would be helpful. Thanks

a ball park figure at a dealer is around £1500 ..
