1998 Renault Laguna Front Wheel Drive Manual 120000 miles

Why does my car clonk when going over a bump in the road when i have changed the bottom ball joint, track control arm and the link arm? Its coming from the front passenger side. thanks

check the coil spring .. the laguna springs have a tendancy to break !!
