1994 Renault Laguna Engine Size unknown Front Wheel Drive Manual 102000 miles

My car heater will not work and its freezing cold. I dont think that the water pump has stopped working as the temp is ok even after long journeys. Where is the heater contol valve situated so I can see if it has stuck....

locate the heater core hoses and follow them back to the engine, you should see it tied in.
