ON MY NEXT OIL CHANGE I WAS GOING TO USE A PRODUCT THAT CLEANS THE INSIDE OF ENGINE OF SLUDGE ETC BUT ON READING HANDBOOK IT SAYS NOT TO FLUSH OUT THE ENGINE,I HAVE DONE THIS ON OTHER CARS WITH GOOD EFFECT,WILL IT REALLY DAMAGE THE ENGINE?

I personally dont suggest the use of such products. They can break free deposits that can plug up passages or the filter and cause oil starvation problems. Using a high quality motor oil is your best bet
