ON MY NEXT OIL CHANGE I WAS GOING TO USE A PRODUCT THAT CLEANS THE INSIDE OF ENGINE OF SLUDGE ETC BUT ON READING HANDBOOK IT SAYS NOT TO FLUSH OUT THE ENGINE, I HAVE DONE THIS ON OTHER CARS WITH GOOD EFFECT, WILL IT REALLY DAMAGE THE ENGINE?

I personally dont suggest the use of such products. They can break free deposits that can plug up passages or the filter and cause oil starvation problems. Using a high quality motor oil is your best bet
