2008 Renault Clio Squeak when i indicate right

I bought the car two weeks ago and it has been great until today when i indicated right i heard a beeping noise coming from the left indicator at the back of the car, it stops as soon as the indicator goes off it also beeps in the same area when i now open and close the doors...could you help me with thisi please...
