2006 Renault Clio Timing Belt

Hi iam Driving a Clio sports 2.0 recently when I drive 120km if leave a acceleter on that speed it's making some noise from engine, Tyre's are new I been in to the garage were they said time to change a timingbelt, racer, spark plug's coil, if dont change a timing belt is it any harm for car?
Please can u help me :)

Manufacturers recomended timing belt change is 60,000 miles. But the belt can break at anytime causing engine damage. If the garage feels the belt is making the noise I would replace it ASAP.
