2006 Renault Clio Engine Size unknown Two Wheel Drive Manual 15000 miles

The horn on my car has stopped working. I have checked the fuse and it looks fine. On putting the fuse back in I tested the horn again and it worked momentarily and then died again.

I don't think its a fuse problem. Could it just be a loose connection?

check the wiring connectors on the horn unit are secure and clean but it sounds like the horn is no good.
