I own a car that is powered by Renault 1.2 D4F engine.

What is the proper way to change and drain the coolant if there is no radiator cap. Would the coolant reach the radiator is we refill the coolant through the coolant expansion/header tank which sits highest after we flush and empty the system.

The warning label says, "the system use maintenance-free closed circuit coolant system so use only de-ionized water"

yes refill through the expansion tank .. remove the air bleed plugs/screws in top hose prior to refilling the coolant .. this will relieve the air as system is filling once coolant starts running ouf of bleed holes ,, replace the caps/screws ...
