Engine Performance problem

My car is a 1.5 deisel clio extreme .About a month ago my engine warning light came on and was diognosed an issue with the glow plugs. had these changed but yesterdat i noticed darker than usual fumes from my exhaust and delayed responce time from my accelorator and again my managemet light has returned. can you give me any help with this. also when i bought the car a year ago i miss placed the log book and dont know when it needs a service it had had one at 32000 miles is it due one now.
