2002 Renault Clio Front Wheel Drive Manual 97000 miles

Could you tell me how to get the caliper piston back on the lucas sliding caliper, can't relieve pressure on it? Thanks

if the piston has 2 dimples in the head, it needs rotating with a special tool to retract the piston !!
