2000 Renault Clio 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Manual

hi my clio keeps on cutting out on me, i have took it to the garage and they tested it with a machein but could not find a problem, when i am driving it cuts out on my and i have to bumb it , i get a orange light come on the dash its zig zag lines a bit like a heart monitor. my temperature gauge goes up to half way after about a 30 minuet drive but the water tank is always full but i only no about 1 water tank which does the screen wash , is there more for the raidiator ? please help as i have spent so much on this problem

Replace the crankshaft position sensor .. there is another clear/white plastic filler bottle under the bonnet/hood to top up the coolant for the radiator, if you are not sure ask a mechanic to refill for you

Crankshaft sensor replacement is about £100 including part and labour ..a mechanic checking the coolant level should be free ... please make sure you have coolant in the car as this will cause engine damage if you don't ?
