1995 Renault Clio Two Wheel Drive Manual 260000 miles

Hello,

My Clio just failed due to high co2 emissons plus my rear drum brakes were not strong enough? I just changed the rear shoes for both but did notice a slight leak on 1 of the brake wheel cylinders. Could this be the reason? The required co2 emmission is 0.5 but mine scored 1.47. How can this be fixed?

you need to replace the leaking wheel cylinder .. try adding a good fuel addative/cleaner to the fuel tank to reduce the emmissions or replace the catalytic convertor !!
