How to remove the right side floor duct to get to blend door actuator?

I have the glove box removed. I saw the actuator. There is a floor duct in front of the actuator. How do we remove the floor duct? I looked for clips and screws and did not see any.

Most of the time the ducts are not held in by anything but the fitment. If you can see where the duct goes you can simply remove it. Can you upload an image of what you are seeing so I can tell for sure what's going on? Here are the locations of the blend door actuators, let me know which one you are changing?
