Is there any other tool I can use if I do not have the pulley puller to remove it?

You cannot pull it from the sides/edges.

Using a three jaw puller, You will pull the outer ring, separated by a thin rubber doughnut, off of the inner portion. This is not good!

Many auto stores will rent/ loan with a deposit.

Below are pictures of me pulling my harmonic balancer off of my 1977 Jeep CJ5 with a harmonic balancer puller.

Let us know how it goes!
