Removing front panel to the dashboard?

The previous mechanic who worked on my car failed to put the front panel back in place. There is a 1/2" gap between the panel and the dashboard. I would like to know where the screws are to remove the panel to lift it into place and if there would be any obstructions to deal with in the process?
